access in the villa. All linen, bedding & towels (except for beach/pool use) are provided. Outside a utility area is provided with washing machine, sink and a shed for inflatables, golf clubs, mountain bikes and other outdoor toys. |

A full meet and greet service is provided. Villa hire charges, per week Jan, Feb, March, Oct, Nov £260 April, May, December £305 June, Sept £365 July, August £395 In addition to the hire charge there is a 50 euros charge payable on arrival for cleaning and laundry. Strictly no smoking inside the villa.

The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from the restaurant area. Car hire is highly recommended to appreciate the surrounding area. Further information is available on request.
