This two bed villa has one bedroom with twin beds and one with king size bed all bed linen is provided. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space. The villa has a bright and airy appearance and is a comfortable holiday home meeting all requirements. It has its own private 7x4 metre swimming pool surrounded by a fully paved patio with garden border and is extremely private. there are ample seating and sunbathing areas, plenty of sun-loungers and seating for outside dining and relaxing. There is also a stone B.B.Q. All seating is stored in a wooden shed along with parasols, pool inflatables etc. The outside patio area and pool can be lit of an evening to give a very effective ambience to enjoy al fresco drinking and dining. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and toaster etc. there is a washing machine and sink outside kitchen tea towels and hand towels provided.
Bathroom has shower cubicle wash basin and w.c. All towels for inside and poolside are provided. Lounge has comfortable seating plus dining table and chairs if required, there is a T.V. with 32 cable channels, D.V.D. player and a selection of films plus a portable C.D. player. There is also a small selection of books. Local maps and details of surrounding areas. All rooms have ceiling fans and all windows are fitted with fly screens and the villa is fitted with a Securitas direct burglar alarm. The villa has an attractive position with mountain views .
