The villa comprises lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), shower room and is furnished to a very high standard. 

The lounge/dining area benefits from leather sofas, attractive coffee and occasional tables together with matching dining table and chairs.  For entertainment there is cable tv (32 channels including BBC and ITV), a DVD player and a music centre (CDs, tapes).  There is also a selection of reading material.

The fully fitted kitchen has ceramic hob, full oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, juice extractor, etc and with quality cooking utensils and implements.  An extensive range of crockery, glasses, cutlery is provided together with non-breakable glasses for outside use.  There is also an iron and ironing board.

The 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 twin) have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and are attractively furnished.

The shower room is fully fitted with large shower, toilet, bidet, well lit vanity unit with large mirror and washbasin.  There is also a socket for razors.  A hairdryer is provided.

To the outside there are gardens to the front and side and patios to the front, side and rear of the property where there is a private 8 x 4 metre pool.  The side patio has the benefit of sun shade.  Outside furniture comprises large table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, gas BBQ.  There is also a small utility room housing the washing machine, electric water heater and small sink. 

 Upstairs there is a solarium with outstanding views over the country club and surrounding Algarrobo mountains. 

There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. 

The air conditioning is fully ducted and can be changed to heating in colder months thus making the villa suitable for rental all year round. 

All linen, bedding and towels (except for beach or pool use) are provided. 

The villa is situated in a quiet part of the country club, but within a few minutes walk from the restaurant area with its communal pool, tennis courts and petanca pitches.  The golf course is not currently built however there is a golf course at nearby Camposol.
